We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been named a finalist in the Credit Awards for two categories: ‘SME Lender of the Year’ and ‘Alternative Lender of the Year – SME Lender’. The Credit Awards 2019 are one of the most prestigious and respected awards programmes in the credit industry, and this year marks their 20th anniversary.
The awards are sponsored by Experian and hosted by Credit Strategy. Callum Fuller, Editor at Credit Strategy said: "It’s an opportunity to recognise the profound impact of ground-breaking companies and individuals from across the credit space and to take stock of the seismic events that have shaped it over the years."
The number of entries to the awards this year has set a record, with over 240 entries across the categories and over 1000 guests set to attend the gala dinner celebration later this year. Creditor categories include ‘Responsible Lender of the Year’, ‘Outstanding Conduct in Collections’ and ‘Best use of Technology.’
Peter Tuvey, Managing Director, said: “We’re delighted to be shortlisted for such a prestigious award, and especially for two categories. At Fleximize, we've been particularly focused on ensuring we go above and beyond for our customers over the last couple of years, so the awards are a fantastic way of celebrating our hard work, and the hard work of all the businesses who are making a name for themselves in the industry.”
This year, the Credit Awards have also introduced a few new categories to the roster, including ‘Excellence in Open Banking’, ‘Digital Banking Provider of the Year’, and ‘Special Recognition for Diversity & Inclusion.’ We’ll meet the finalists for these categories and more at the 20th Credit Awards Finalists ceremony hosted at Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 16th May.
